Article text
أ - للمؤمن وقبل إبرام عقد التأمين أن يصدر مذكرة تغطية، وإذا لم يتم إبرام عقد التأمين مع
المؤمن له يستمر العمل بالمذكرة إلى حين انتهاء المدة المحددة فيها.
ب - تسري على مذكرة التغطية أحكام عقد التأمين المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون بقدر
انطباقها عليها.
