Article text
أ- يجوز أن يكون عقد التأمين البحري غير محدد القيمة على أن يتم تحديدها بموجب ملحق لعقد
التأمين يصدره المؤم ِّن بناء على تصريح المؤم َّن له من تاريخ علمه بتفاصيل الشحنة شريطة أن
يتم ذلك قبل وصولها إلى الميناء النهائي المذكور في العقد ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف
ذلك.
- ب 1 - يجوز إصدار عقد التأمين البحري بالشروط والأحكام العامة له بما في ذلك الحد الأعلى
لمبلغ التأمين دون ذكر تفاصيل كل شحنة في تصريحات لاحقة، ويتولى المؤمن تخفيض مبلغ
التأمين تبعا لذلك بموجب ملحق عقد التأمين.
2 ( - يجوز تصحيح أي خطأ مادي ورد في التصريح الصادر وفقا لأحكام البند 1 ) من هذه الفقرة، حتى
