يكون المؤم ِّن مسؤولا عن مصاريف الإنقاذ وأي مصاريف أخرى تكبدها المؤم َّن له تجنبا لوقوع
خسارة مؤم َّن منها حتى لو تحققت الخسارة وكانت هذه الخسارة جزئية أو كلية.
