Article text
أ- ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك، يكون المؤم ِّن مسؤولا عن الخسائر الناجمة عن أكثر من
حادث حتى ولو تجاوز مجموع مبالغ هذه الخسائر مبلغ التأمين.
( ب- مع مراعاة ما ورد في المادة 83 ) من هذا القانون، إذا وقعت خسارة جزئية ولم يقم المؤم َّن
له بإصلاح الأموال المتضررة بعذر مقبول وتلا ذلك خسارة كلية، استحق المؤم َّن له التعويض عن
الخسارة الكلية.
