يسقط حق المتضرر بمطالبة شركة التأمين بالتعويض عن الضرر الذي يلحق به إذا ثبت قيامه بأي
مما يلي: -
أ- تنازله للغير عن حقوقه الواردة في هذا النظام والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه.
ب- قبضه لأي مبالغ من الغير عن الأضرار الناجمة عن الحادث باستثناء ما قبضه من مالك أو سائق
المركبة المتسببة بالحادث أو المسؤول بالمال عن أي منهما.
