أ- للمجلس وضع أسس وآلية تحديد أقساط التأمين الإلزامي للمركبات وأي زيادة أو تخفيض
عليها، وفقاً لتعليمات يصدرها لهذه الغاية.
ب- تلتزم هيئة تنظيم النقل البري أو أي جهة ذات علاقة بترخيص المركبات التي تعمل على
التطبيقات الذكية بعدم إصدار تصريح مزاولة للمركبة إلا بعد إبراز عقد تأمين إلزامي يغطي
المسؤولية المدنية الناجمة عن استعمال تلك المركبة وفقاً لأحكام هذا النظام والتعليمات
الصادرة بمقتضاه.
