أ- للمجلس أن يحدد أسس وإجراءات تسوية وتسديد المطالبات الناجمة عن حوادث المركبات.
ب-لا يجوز لشركة التأمين أن تقتطع أي مبلغ إعفاء أو بدل خدمات أو تحمل من مبالغ التعويض
المستحقة للمتضرر وفق أحكام هذا النظام.
