( آ- يستوفى من صاحب العمل مبلغ اضافي مقداره 100 ) دينار عن كل تصريح عمل أو تجديده للقطاعات
والأنشطة الاقتصادية جميعها .
ب- يخصص المبلغ المنصوص عليه في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة لصندوق التشغيل والتدريب والتعليم
المهني والتقني المنشأ بمقتضى أحكام قانون مجلس التشغيل والتدريب والتعليم المهني والتقني .
