أ- يشترط للانتقال من تصنيف الى تصنيف آخر اجتياز طالب التصنيف الامتحان المقرر الذي
تعقده الوزارة لهذه الغاية أو أي جهة أخرى تعتمدها لهذه الغاية.
ب- تحدد آلية عقد الامتحان المشار اليه في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة وشروط عقده وسائر الأمور
المتعلقة به بمقتضى تعليمات تصدر لهذه الغاية.
