Article text
أ- يحظر على أي شخص غير حاصل على ترخيص مزاولة المهنة القيام بأي عمل من أعمال
المهنة أو الإعلان عن نفسه بهذه الصفة.
ب- يحظر على من يمارس المهنة:-
1 - ممارسة أي مهنة صحية مرخصة بموجب قانون الصحة العامة والأنظمة الصادرة بمقتضاه أو
. إعطاء الوصفات الطبية أو تقديم أي خدمة علاجية
2 - ممارسة أي عمل غير الأعمال المحددة له في رخصة مزاولة المهنة.
