( مع مراعاة المادة 20 ) من هذا النظام، في حال مخالفة المرخص له لأي من أحكام هذا النظام
يقوم الوزير بناء على تنسيب الأمين العام المستند الى توصية المديرية، بتوجيه إنذار لتصويب
المخالفة خلال ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ الإنذار وفي حال عدم تصويب المخالفة خلال هذه المدة
يلغى الترخيص.
