( مع مراعاة أحكام المادة 18 ) من هذا النظام ، تلغى أي رخصة من الرخص المنصوص عليها في
هذا النظام بقرار من الوزير بناء على تنسيب المديرية في أي من الحالتين التاليتين :-
أ - إذا ثبت أن الترخيص أعطي استنادا الى بيانات غير صحيحة.
ب -إذا فقد المرخص له أي شرط من شروط الترخيص.
