تسري أحكام هذا النظام في حال الحكم بأي من بدائل العقوبات السالبة للحرية المنصوص
عليها في القانون وهي:-
أ- الخدمة المجتمعية.
ب- المراقبة المجتمعية.
ج- المراقبة الإلكترونية.
د- حظر ارتياد المحكوم عليه أماكن محددة.
