Article text
أ- يعاقب بالأشغال المؤقتة مدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات ولا تزيد على عشر سنوات وبغرامة لا
تقل عن عشرة آلاف دينار ولا تزيد على خمسين الف دينار كل من يخالف أحكام الفقرة (ط) من
( المادة 8 ) ( والمادة 14 ) من هذا القانون.
( ب- يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة اشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن 1000 ) دينار او بإحدى هاتين
( العقوبتين كل من يخالف أحكام الفقرة )ي( من المادة 8 ) من هذا القانون.
