Article text
مع عدم الإخلال بأي عقوبة أشد ورد النص عليها في أي تشريع آخر:-
( أ- يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المادة 7 ) ( والفقرات )أ(، )ج(، )د(، )هـ(، )و(، )ز( من المادة 8 ) من
( هذا القانون بغرامة لا تقل عن 3000 ) ( ثلاثة آلاف دينار ولا تزيد على 5000 ) خمسة آلاف دينار.
( ب- يعاقب كل من يخالف أحكام المادة 11 ) ( والفقرة )ب( من المادة 19 ) من هذا القانون بالحبس
( مدة لا تقل عن أسبوع ولا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر أو بغرامة لا تقل عن 500 ) خمسمائة دينار ولا تزيد
( على 1000 ) الف دينار أو بكلتا هاتين العقوبتين.
