Article text
أ- تُنشئ الوزارة سجلاً رسمياً للأخطاء الطبية الصادرة بشأنها قرارات قضائية قطعية وتحدد
البيانات والقرارات والأحكام الواجب إدراجها فيه بمقتضى تعليمات يصدرها الوزير لهذه الغاية.
ب- تكون المعلومات التي يتضمنها السجل الرسمي للأخطاء الطبية سرية ولا يجوز الكشف
عنها إلا في الحالات التي يحددها القانون.
