Article text
يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات مع إلزامه برد أي مبالغ أو أتعاب حصل عليها من ذمة
الإعسار كل وكيل إعسار قام بما يلي:-
أ- أساء إدارة أموال المدين أو التصرف فيها.
ب- استخدم صلاحياته لتحقيق مصلحة شخصية له.
ج- تعمد حجب أي معلومات أو تقديم معلومات أو اقرارات كاذبة بخصوص إعادة التنظيم أو
التصفية بشكل أضر بمصالح المدين أو أي من الدائنين.
