أ- يتولى وكيل الإعسار خلال مدة لا تتجاوز خمسة ايام من تاريخ صدور قرار إشهار الإعسار تبليغ
الدائنين المسجلين في قيود وسجلات المدين و دعوتهم للتقدم بمطالباتهم وفقا للإجراءات
المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون.
ب- يتولى وكيل الإعسار تبليغ قرار إشهار الإعسار لدائرة ضريبة الدخل والمبيعات والمؤسسة
العامة للضمان الاجتماعي وللجهة المسجل لديها المدين ولممثل العمال إن وجد .
