أ- يكون القرار الصادر عن المحكمة بإشهار الإعسار قابلا للاستئناف لدى محكمة الاستئناف
المختصة خلال مدة عشرة أيام من تاريخ صدوره أو تبليغه حسب مقتضى الحال.
ب- لا يوقف استئناف قرار إشهار الإعسار إجراءات الإعسار ولمحكمة الاستئناف اتخاذ أي من
الإجراءات التحفظية التي تراها مناسبة.
