- أ 1 - يُنشر قرار إشهار الإعسار في الجريدة الرسمية مع بيانات المدين والقيود الواردة على
صلاحياته في إدارة أمواله والتصرف فيها، وتحديد اسم وكيل الإعسار مع الطلب من الدائنين
التقدم بمطالباتهم ويعتبر قرار الإشهار نافذا من تاريخ هذا النشر .
2 - تلزم المحكمة المدين أو وكيل الإعسار بالإعلان عن قرار إشهار الإعسار عن طريق نشر إعلان في
صحيفة يومية محلية أو صحيفة صادرة في أي دولة أخرى يكون للمدين فيها نشاط اقتصادي و
بأي طريقة أخرى تراها المحكمة مناسبة.
ب- يُسجل قرار إشهار الإعسار في سجل الشركات لدى دائرة مراقبة الشركات وفي سجل الإعسار
وفي أي سجل خاص بأموال المدين.
ج- ينشر قرار إشهار الإعسار على الموقع الإلكتروني للمدين، إن وجد.
