( تلغى أحكام الإفلاس والصلح الواقي منه الواردة في المواد من 290 ) ( ولغاية 477 ) من قانون
( التجارة رقم 12 ) لسنة 1966 ولا يعمل بأي نص ورد في أي تشريع آخر إلى المدى الذي يتعارض فيه
مع أحكام هذا القانون .
