يصدر مجلس الوزراء الأنظمة اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون بما في ذلك:-
أ - سجل الإعسار.
ب- ترخيص وكلاء الإعسار.
ج- حساب معالجة حالات الإعسار مع عدم وجود أموال.
د- شروط تشكيل لجنة الدائنين.
هـ- تحديد معايير أتعاب وكلاء الإعسار.
و- بيع الأموال المنقولة وغير المنقولة في حالة التصفية.
