Article text
أ- تسري أحكام هذا القانون على أي شخص يمارس نشاطاً اقتصادياً بما في ذلك:-
1 - الأشخاص الاعتباريون بما في ذلك الشركات المدنية والشركات التي تملكها الحكومة.
2 . - التجار أصحاب المؤسسات الفردية
3 . - أصحاب المهن المسجلون والمرخص لهم بالعمل بموجب أحكام التشريعات النافذة
-: ب- لا تسري أحكــام هذا القانون علـــى
1 - البنوك.
2 . - شركات التأمين
3 . - الجمعيات والنوادي ما لم يقرر مجلس الوزراء إخضاعها لأحكام هذا القانون
4 ( - الأشخاص الطبيعيون الذين يخضعون لأحكام القانون المدني باستثناء ما ورد في البند 3 )

5 - الوزارات والدوائر الحكومية و المؤسسات الرسمية العامة والمؤسسات العامة .
6 . - البلديات
ج- لا تسري أحكام هذا القانون على إجراءات التصفية التي تتم وفقا لأحكام قانون الشركات
لأسباب لا تتعلق بالإعسار .
د- لا تسري أحكام هذا القانون على إجراءات الإفلاس او التصفية التي بدأت قبل نفاذ أحكامه.
