أ- تجتمع الهيئة العامة للدائنين بناء على دعوة وكيل الإعسار إما من تلقاء نفسه أو بناء على
( طلب لجنة الدائنين أو دائنين يمثلون 20 ) على الأقل من إجمالي الديون. %
ب- لوكيل الإعسار أن يدعو لاجتماع الهيئة العامة للدائنين إذا استدعت ضرورة السير في إجراءات
الإعسار ذلك وفي الأحوال جميعها يجب دعوتها لغايات مناقشة خطة إعادة التنظيم والتصويت
عليها.
