- أ 1 - على وكيل الإعسار مراجعة طلبات تسجيل الديون المقدمة من الدائنين والتأكد من صحتها
وتصنيفها ومن ثم إدراجها في قائمة الدائنين و تشمل الديون المدرجة في قائمة الدائنين الديون
التي جرى تسجيلها خلال إجراءات الإعسار وتلك المستخلصة من قيود ودفاتر المدين المحاسبية.
2 - يجب أن تتضمن قائمة الدائنين تعريفا بالدائن ومبلغ الدين وتصنيفه كدين مضمون أو دين
. ممتاز أو دين غير مضمون أو أحد الديون الأدنى في مرتبة الأولوية
ب- تدرج الديون التي يرى وكيل الإعسار أنها لم تثبت بشكل كاف في قائمة مستقلة مع بيان
سبب عدم ادراجها في قائمة الدائنيـن .
ج- تودع قائمة الدائنين لدى المحكمة معززة بالمطالبات والوثائق المرفقة بها ويتم إشهار واقعة
استكمال إعداد القائمة وإيداعها بموجب إشعار في سجل الإعسار وفي الجريدة الرسمية وفي
صحيفة يومية إذا رأت المحكمة ضرورة لذلك.
