أ- للدائنين التصويت على خطة إعادة التنظيم المعدة مسبقا ابتداء من تاريخ انتهاء المدة
المحددة للتقدم بمطالباتهم وحتى انتهاء مدة الطعن بقائمة الدائنين.
ب- يتم التصويت بوثيقة خطية تسلم لوكيل الإعسار على عنوانه المحدد أو من خلال المحكمة
و يتم التصويت وفقا لأحكام التصويت على خطة إعادة التنظيم العادية المنصوص عليها في
الفصل التاسع من هذا القانون.
