Article text
أ- للدائنين الاطلاع على خطة إعادة التنظيم المعدة مسبقا في المكان الذي يحدده وكيل
الإعسار.
ب- لا يجوز لوكيل الإعسار أن يسمح لأي جهة باستثناء الدائنين المدرجين في قائمة الدائنين و أي
شخص يظهر أن له ديناً صحيحاً على المدين الاطلاع على خطة إعادة التنظيم المعدة مسبقا،
وفي الأحوال جميعها يجب التحقق من هوية الشخص المزمع اطلاعه على الخطة وتوقيعه على
تعهد بالمحافظة على سريتها.
