اذا اقدم الخصم ورقة او سنداً للاستدلال به في الدعوى فلا يجوز
له سحبه إلا برضا خصمه وبأذن خطي من رئيس المحكمة بعد أن
تحفظ صورة مصدقة عنه إضبارة الدعوى.
