الفصل الثاني
القرائن القضائية
1 - القرائن القضائية هي القرائن التي لم ينص عليها القانون
ويستخلصها القاضي من ظروف الدعوى ويقتنع بان لها دلالة
معينة ويترك لتقدير القاضي استنباط هذه القرائن.
2 - لا يجوز الاثبات بالقرائن القضائية الا في الاحوال التي يجوز
