اذا كانت لمن وجهت اليه اليمين عذر يمنعه عن الحضور فتنتقل
المحكمة او تنتدب أحد قضاتها لتحليفه ،ويحرر محضر بحلف اليمين
يوقعه الحالف والمحكمة او القاضي المنتدب والكاتب.
