( مع مراعاة أحكام الفقرة )ج( من المادة 7 ) من هذا القانون يتم تبليغ الشخص المطلوب التنفيذ
عليه وفقا لأحكام قانون
أصول المحاكمات الشرعية وقبل مباشرة إجراءات التنفيذ بوساطة ورقة إخبار متضمنة وجوب
تنفيذ السند التنفيذي أو ت
قديم اعتراض عليه خلال سبعة أيام من اليوم التالي لتاريخ تبلغه
