Article text
لا يجوز الحبس لأي من:-
أ- موظفي الوزارات والدوائر والمؤسسات الرسمية والعامة الذين يتقاضون راتبا شهريا.
ب- من لا يكون مسؤولا بشخصه عن الدين كالوارث من غير واضعي اليد على التركة والولي
والوصي.
. ج- المعتوه والمجنون
د- الحامل حتى انقضاء ثلاثة أشهر بعد الوضع وأم المولود الحاضنة له حتى إتمامه السنتين من
عمره.
