Sharia Enforcement Law No. 10 of 2013
Article text
( أ- على الرغم مما ورد في المادتين 13 ) ( و 14 ) من هذا القانون ، يجوز حبس المحكوم عليه ، الى
حين إذعانه ،عند
الامتناع عن تسليم الصغير أو عدم الالتزام بتنفيذ حكم الرؤية او الاستزارة او الاصطحاب وذلك
بناء على طلب المحكوم له .
ب- يبقى للمحكوم له بحضانة الصغير صراحة أو ضمنا حق المثابرة على التنفيذ إذا أخذ
المحكوم عليه الصغير وأثبت
المحكوم له لدى رئيس التنفيذ أن الصغير تحت يد المحكوم عليه .
