Sharia Enforcement Law No. 10 of 2013
Article text
أ- يختص رئيس التنفيذ بجميع المنازعات التنفيذية بما في ذلك ما يلي:-
1 -الحجز على اموال المحكوم عليه او الاشتراك فيه او فك الحجز عنها.
2 . -بيع الاموال المحجوزة
3 . -تعيين الخبراء
4 . -حبس المحكوم عليه
5 . -منع المحكوم عليه من السفر الا اذا قدم كفيلا يضمن الوفاء بالمحكوم به
6 . - التفويض باستعمال القوة الجبرية
ب- يفصل رئيس التنفيذ في جميع الطلبات التنفيذية بالاستناد إلى أوراق الملف دون دعوة
الخصوم وله دعوتهم إذا اقتضى الأمر ذلك.
