Article text
أ- يتم التنفيذ في محكمة موطن المحكوم له وللمحكوم له التنفيذ في محكمة موطن
المحكوم عليه أو في المحكمة
التي جرى في دائرتها اصدار السند التنفيذي او التي يقع في دائرتها مال المحكوم عليه .
ب- إذا اقتضى التنفيذ اتخاذ تدابير ضمن اختصاص محكمة اخرى يقرر رئيس التنفيذ إنابة رئيس
التنفيذ في تلك المحكمة لاتخاذ التدابير والإجراءات التنفيذية.
ج- لرئيس التنفيذ بناء على اتفاق طرفي القضية التنفيذية نقلها إلى محكمة أخرى.
