Article text
( أ- تحدد السلع والخدمات الخاضعة للضريبة الخاصة بمقتضى الجدول رقم 1 ) الملحق بهذا
القانون ويعتبر جزءاً لا يتجزأ منه .
ب- يصدر مجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب الوزير الجداول التالية :-
1 -الجدول الخاص بالسلع والخدمات الخاضعة للضريبة بنسبة او بمقدار (صفر) المشار اليه في هذا
( القانون بالجدول رقم 2 . )
2 - الجدول الخاص بالسلع والخدمات المعفاة من الضريبة المشار اليه في هذا القانون بالجدول
( رقم 3 . )
3 - الجدول الخاص بالسلع والخدمات والتي تكون الضريبة العامة والخاصة المستحقة عليها غير
( قابلة للخصم او الرد المشار اليه في هذا القانون بالجدول رقم 4 . )
ج-لمجلس الوزراء بناء على تنسيب مبرر من الوزير اجراء التعديل على أي من الجداول المنصوص
عليها في الفقرة (ب) من هذه المادة بحذف أي من السلع او الخدمات
الواردة فيها او باضافة سلعة او خدمة جديدة اليها او نقل سلعة او خدمة من جدول لاخر.
