على صاحب راتب التقاعد أو صاحب راتب الاعتلال أو أي من المستحقين إخطار المؤسسة عن أي
تغيير يطرأ
على سبب أو شروط استحقاقه للراتب إذا كان من شأن هذا التغيير أن يؤدي إلى قطع الراتب أو
وقفه أو تخفيضه
وذلك خلال ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ وقوع التغيير، وفي جميع الحالات تسترد المؤسسة جميع المبالغ
التي حصل
عليها أي منهم دون وجه حق مع الغرامة التي تحددها الأنظمة الصادرة بمقتضى أحكام هذا
القانون محسوبة
من بداية الشهر التالي للحصول على تلك المبالغ وحتى تاريخ ردها للمؤسسة.
