Article text
إذا انتهت خدمة الموظف التابع لقانون التقاعد المدني أو العسكري التابع لقانون التقاعد العسكري ولم
يكمل مدة الخدمات المقبولة للتقاعد المنصوص عليها في ذلك القانون فيجوز بناء على طلب منه أو من
ورثته إعادة احتساب تلك الخدمات لغايات هذا القانون شريطة أن لا تكون حقوقه التقاعدية قد سويت من
المؤسسة وتحويل العائدات التقاعدية المستحقة عن تلك الخدمات إلى المؤسسة إن وجدت ويتم إجراء
التسويات اللازمة وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون على أن لا تتحمل الخزينة أو القوات المسلحة الأردنية أو الأجهزة
الأمنية أي مبالغ مالية أو التزامات وفقًا لذلك ويستثنى من أحكام هذه المادة المؤمن عليه العسكري الذي
( تنطبق عليه أحكام الفقرة )ب( من المادة 78 ) من هذا القانون.
