تصحیح السجل
المادة 26 -
-: یجوز للمسجل بناء على طلب یقدمھ الیھ صاحب العلامة المسجل وفاقاً للصیغة المقررة
1 - ان یصحح أي خطأ في اسم صاحب العلامة المسجل او عنوانھ، او
2 - ان یسجل أي تغییر طرأ على اسم او عنوان الشخص المسجل كصاحب للعلامة التجاریة، او
3 - ان یشطب من البضائع التي سجلت العلامة التجاریة بشأنھا أیة بضائع او صنف من البضائع،او
4 - ان یسجل أي تنازل او أیة مذكرة تتعلق بعلامة تجاریة إذا كان ذلك التنازل او تلك المذكرة لا تزید في الحقوق التي
یخولھا التسجیل الحالي لتلك العلامة،او
5 - أن یلغي قید أیة علامة تجاریة مدونة في السجل وكل قرار یصدره المسجل بمقتضى ھذه المادة یجوز استئنافھ لدى
محكمة
العدل العلیا.
