سجل العلامات التجاریة
المادة 3 -
1 - ینظم في الوزارة تحت اشراف المسجل سجل یسمى ( سجل العلامات التجاریة ) تدون فیھ جمیع العلامات التجاریة
واسماء
مالكیھا وعناوینھم وماطرا على ھذه العلامات من الامور التالیة:-
أ- اي تحویل او تنازل او نقل ملكیة او ترخیص من مالكھا للغیر باستعمالھا ویستثنى التسجیل ما في عقد الترخیص من
سریة.
ب- الرھن او الحجز الذي یوقع على العلامھ التجاریة او اي قید على استعمالھا .
2 - یحق للجمھور الاطلاع على سجل العلامات التجاریة وفقا للتعلیمات التي یصدرھا الوزیر لھذه الغایة ویتم نشرھا في
الجریدة
الرسمیة.
3 - یجوز استعمال الحاسوب الالي لتسجیل العلامات التجاریة وبیاناتھا وتكون البیانات والوثائق المستخرجة من المسجل
