یدمج سجل العلامات التجاریة الموجود بتاریخ العمل بھذا القانون في السجل المنصوص علیھ في المادة السابقة ویعتبر
جزءاً
( متمماً لھ ومع مراعاة أحكام المادة 29 ) من ھذا القانون یفصل في صحة كل قید أصلي لعلامة تجاریة مدون في السجل
بعد
ادماجھ بھذه الصورة على أساس القانون الذي كان معمولا بھ حین تدوین ذلك القید وتحتفظ تلك العلامات بتاریخھا

ولكنھا تعتبر فیما عدا ذلك علامات تجاریة مسجلة بمقتضى ھذا القانون.
