اسم البضائع او وصفھا
المادة 9 -
اذا كان اسم أیة بضاعة او وصفھا مثبتاً في أیة علامة تجاریة یجوز للمسجل أن یرفض تسجیل تلك العلامة لأیة بضاعة

المسماة او الموصوفة على الوجھ المذكور اما إذا كان اسم او وصف ایة بضاعة مثبتاً في العلامة التجاریة وكان ذلك
الاسم
او الوصف یختلف في الاستعمال فیجوز للمسجل ان یسمح بتسجیل تلك العلامة التجاریة مع اثبات الاسم او الوصف
فیھا لغیر
البضاعة المسماة او الموصوفة إذا اشار طالب التسجیل في طلبھ الى وجود اختلاف في الاسم او الوصف.
