Article text
أ -يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنتين وبغرامة لا تقل عن الفي دينار ولا تزيد على خمسة آلاف
دينار كل من وضع مادة مخدرة او مؤثرا عقلياً او مستحضراً للغير بقصد الإضرار او الإيقاع به او
شارك بذلك بأي صورة من الصور.
ب - يعاقب بالأشغال المؤقتة وغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف دينار ولا تزيد على عشرة آلاف دينار إذا
ترتب على الفعل الوارد في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة مباشرة تحقيق قضائي، وكان من شأن ما
اسند للمجني عليه ان يشكل جناية.
