أ- على المطبوعة الصحفية والمتخصصةان تعتمد في مواردها على مصادر مشروعة ويحظر
عليها تلقي اي دعم مادي من اي دولة او جهة غير أردنية.
ب- على مالك المطبوعة الصحفية تزويد الوزير بنسخة من ميزانيتها السنوية خلال الاشهر الاربعة
الاولى من السنه التالية وللوزير او من ينيبه حق الاطلاع على مصادر التمويل.
