على مالك المطبوعة الدورية ان ينشر في مكان بارز فيها وبشكل واضح اسمه واسم رئيس تحرير
المطبوعة الصحفية واسم مدير المطبوعة المتخصصة ومكان صدورها وتاريخه وبدل الاشتراك
فيها واسم المطبعة التي تطبع فيها أو العنوان الإلكتروني الذي تنشر فيه وان يقدم اشعارا الى
المدير بأي تغيير او تعديل يطرأ على هذه الامور خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ حصـول التغيـير او
التعديل .
