أ- يعتبر تحويل الأموال بوسائل إلكترونية وسيلة مقبولة لإجراء
الدفع.
ب- يحدد البنك المركزي الأردني وبمقتضى نظام يصدر لهذه
الغاية ما يلي:-
1 - إجراءات عمل أنظمة الدفع الالكتروني ومتطلباتها الفنية
والتقنية ومتطلبات إصدار النقود الالكترونية وشروط التعامل بها
وتسوية النزاعات التي تنشأ بين أطراف معاملة تحويل الأموال
الكترونياً .
2 - الشروط والإجراءات والمتطلبات الفنية والتقنية للشيكات
الالكترونية ومواصفات النظام الالكتروني الواجب التطبيق
لتقديم الشيكات وعرضها وتقاصها الكترونياً .
