Article text
( يعتبر التوقيع الإلكتروني موثقاً إذا تحققت فيه جميع الشروط المذكورة في المادة 15 ) من هذا
القانون وكان مرتبطاً بشهادة توثيق إلكتروني صادرة وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة
والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه ، وقت إنشاء التوقيع الإلكتروني عن أي من الجهات التالية :-
أ- جهة توثيق الكتروني مرخصة في المملكة.
ب- جهة توثيق الكتروني معتمدة.
ج- أي جهة حكومية سواء كانت وزارة أو مؤسسة رسمية عامة أو مؤسسة عامة أو بلدية يوافق لها
مجلس الوزراء على ذلك شريطة استيفاء متطلبات هيئة تنظيم قطاع الاتصالات.
د- وزارة الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة .
هـ- البنك المركزي الأردني فيما يتعلق بالأعمال المصرفية أو المالية الالكترونية.
