إذا استوجب القانون الاحتفاظ بمستند لأي سبب فيعتبر الاحتفاظ
به على شكل سجل إلكتروني منتجاً لآثاره على ان تتوافر فيه
( الشروط المنصوص عليها في المادة 7 ) من هذا القانون .
