Article text
اذا لم يمارس ورثة المؤلف لاي مصنف او الشخص الذي يعتبر خلفا له حسب مقتضى الحال
حقوقهم في الاستغلال المالي في المصنف
فللوزير ممارسة تلك الحقوق بنشر المصنف او اعادة نشره اذا لم يقم حقوقه الورثة او الخلف
بذلك خلال ستة اشهر من تاريخ
تبليغهم خطيا من قبل الوزير ، دون ان يخل ذلك بحق الورثة او الخلف حسب مقتضى الحال
بالتعويض العادل عن نشر المصنف
او اعادة نشره ويشترط في ذلك كله ان يكون النشر واعادة النشر تحقيقا للصالح العام.
