Occupational Licensing within Greater Amman Municipality Law No. 11 of 2022

على الأمين إلغاء قرار منح الرخصة أو التصريح في الحالات التالية:-
أ - إذا لم تجدد الرخصة خلال ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ انتهاء مدتها، على أن تتم مراعاة أحكام
( الفقرتين )ج( و) د( من المادة 15 ) من هذا القانون.
ب- بناءً على طلب المرخص له أو المصرح له.
( ج- تطبيقاً لأحكام الفقرة )د( من المادة 8 ) من هذا القانون.
د- إذا تم شطب المرخص له من سجلات الجهة المختصة بالتسجيل بناء على طلبها .
هـ- إذا ثبت أن المرخص له أو المصرح له حصل على الرخصة أو التصريح بناءً على بيانات أو
معلومات أو مستندات أو وثائق غير صحيحة.
